NEW AAdynTech JAB V2 Variable, Kit 3

The NEW AAdynTech JAB V2 Variable, Kit 3 is a high-output, variable color temperature LED fixture kit built for film, broadcast, and studio production where fast setup, consistent color, and flexible beam control matter. With an adjustable range of 3,000°K to 6,000°K and a rated output of 2,100 fc @ 10 feet, it is well-suited for key, fill, or punchy accents on set, with the included optics and modifiers supporting quick changes in look without swapping fixtures.

Variable CCT Output with Onboard Digital Control

The JAB V2 Variable features a built-in UIM digital controller with an accurate color temperature readout, making it easier to dial in a target Kelvin value and repeat it across setups. Precise brightness control is designed to maintain output adjustments with no color shift, and a momentary Douse button provides a quick off function for takes and resets.

Efficient Power for Studio, Stage, and Remote Work

At full output, the Variable draws only 1.78 amp and uses an auto-ranging universal power supply for 100 to 277 VAC (50/60 Hz), supporting common power environments without a separate ballast. It can also operate on 28.8 V DC battery power when conventional A/C supply is problematic or non-existent, helping keep rigs mobile for location work.

Beam Shaping, Cleaner Shadows, and Cool Operation

Optical efficiency provides a single light source to help eliminate multiple shadows, and the included diffuser lenses (5°, 15°, 30°, and 55°) make it practical to move from tight, long-throw applications to broader coverage. The fixture generates no heat or harmful UV or IR emissions and operates cool to the touch, which is helpful when working close to talent, props, or heat-sensitive environments. Instant ON ensures no warm-up wait time on set, and a heavy-duty yoke is provided for secure mounting and aiming.

DMX Integration and Built-In Effects

For controlled environments and multi-light setups, the JAB V2 Variable supports full DMX control with DMX loop-thru via 5-pin XLR DMX In/Out. It also includes programmable multiple lightning and strobe effects, multiple user memory storage with recall, and a recalibration countdown hour smart meter to support consistent performance over time.

Environmental Range and Compliance

Designed for demanding production conditions, the fixture is rated for operation from -20c to +50c and is certified UL, ETL, CSA, CE and RoHS compliant.
