ETC Nomad Puck 1024

The ETCnomad Puck lighting controller is a full-featured minicomputer with an embedded ETCnomad lighting control key capable of running Eos, Element and Cobalt applications. It provides lighting control with conventional and moving lights, media servers and LED luminaires, making it a compact option for programming, playback, and system expansion in venues, touring rigs, and production workflows.

Compatible Systems and Control Roles

The ETC Nomad Puck 1024 can be used with either Eos or Cobalt operating systems in primary, backup, client, and offline environments. This makes it well suited for everything from an on-the-road programming station to an always-ready backup in a networked rig. In a multi-console system, it integrates cleanly into a networked setup, and when connected as a client, output capacity is determined by the system to which it is connected.

Network and DMX/RDM Connectivity

For Ethernet-based lighting networks, the Puck supports Net3/ACN/sACN and Artnet protocols for straightforward integration with nodes, gateways, and distributed output systems. For DMX and device management workflows, it supports DMX/RDM via ETC Gadget or Gadget 2, and DMX/RDM via Net3 DMX/RDM Gateways, allowing you to connect to existing DMX infrastructure while maintaining access to RDM-capable devices where supported.
