NEW AAdynTech JAB Daylight, Kit 3

The NEW AAdynTech JAB Daylight, Kit 3 is a compact, high-output 5600K daylight LED cinema fixture designed for broadcast ENG field production, fixed studio installs, live sports coverage, video shoots, and film. Built around a single light source, it helps reduce multiple shadows while delivering high color fidelity for cameras, with 92+ CRI across the entire brightness range.

With an unmatched output of better than 1,508 foot-candles at 10 ft., the JAB Daylight provides strong punch for key, fill, or bounce in tight spaces. At the same time, it draws only 1.77 amps at full brightness (auto-ranging 100/277 VAC, 50/60Hz), supporting savings of up to 90% A/C energy usage in applications where power availability and circuit capacity matter.

On-Set Control and Light Shaping

The fixture includes a built-in UIM digital controller for precise brightness control with no color shift, plus a douse button (momentary off) for quick set adjustments. Beam control is further supported by the included 5, 15, 30, and 55 degree lenses, allowing you to tighten for throw or open up for broader coverage without changing fixtures.

DMX, Effects, and Memory

For studio and multi-light setups, the JAB Daylight offers full DMX control with DMX loop-thru and 5-pin XLR DMX in/out. It also supports programmable multiple lightning and strobe effects, multiple user memory storage with recall, and a recalibration countdown hour smart meter to help track maintenance and runtime.

Built for Field and Studio Environments

Weighing in at only 19 lbs., its small compact footprint supports easy transport for on-the-go lighting assignments. The fixture operates cool to the touch with no heat generation, and it can be operated on 28.8v DC battery power for instances where conventional A/C supply is problematic or non-existent. Operating temperature is rated at -20c to +50c.
