The NEW Spanset 3' (Pkg of 6) synthetic round slings are designed for rigging and lifting applications where you need a lightweight, flexible sling that helps protect the load. These polyester round slings are easy to handle and provide a low 3 to 5% stretch value to support more controlled lifts.

Performance for Rigging and Load Handling

The flexibility of the lifting slings allow for a tight choke around the load. Wear points on the lifting slings can be rotated, which can help extend the service life of the polyester round slings in day-to-day use.

Load Protection and Jacket Construction

The lifting slings are covered with a double wall polyester jacket to protect the load bearing fiber, and include a red core warning yarn to help indicate when the sling may need to be removed from service.

Identification and Rated Capacities

The durable identification tag on the lifting slings will indicate size and weight capacity, based on a straight vertical angle with a 5:1 design factor. Rated capacities are:

• Vertical: 5,300 lbs
• Choker: 4,200 lbs
• Basket: 10,600 lbs

Environmental and Chemical Resistance

• Resistant to ultra violet rays, rot and mildew
• More resistant than nylon slings in chemically active environments
• More functional and cost effective than flat nylon lifting slings of similar capacity
