LiteMat Spectrum 2L is a lightweight LED lighting fixture system designed for cinema, television, and HD video. By providing evenly spaced, color-correct LEDs spread out over a large area, LiteMat creates soft light without requiring diffusion. The “softthrough-pixelization” method allows the unit to achieve bright levels while remaining 0.9 in. (23 mm) thick in size and 4.6 lb. (2.1 kg.) in weight.

Light Quality and Color Control

Built for set and studio workflows, the LiteGear LiteMat Spectrum 2L (Gen 1) delivers a wide CCT range of 2000K to 11,000K for matching tungsten, daylight, and mixed lighting environments. High color accuracy (CRI 95+ and TLCI 95+) helps maintain natural skin tones and consistent color rendering on camera. For creative looks, it offers a full RGB+W color gamut with Hue and Saturation control, plus green-magenta adjustment for dialing in camera-specific tint or correcting ambient spill.

Output and Form Factor

With 100W power draw and 2592 LEDs, the panel produces up to 6952 lumens (Tungsten) and 8360 lumens (Daylite). Its large surface area (11.5 in. x 40 in.) is designed to create broad, soft illumination, useful for interviews, key or fill light, and controlled highlights in tight spaces where a thicker fixture or additional diffusion would be impractical.

Power and Connectivity

The unit uses 48 VDC power with 5 VDC signal via a PDX connector (2.08A), supporting reliable operation for professional production setups.
