AAdyntech JAB Daylight
Description
These fixtures may show signs of heavy wear but are in good working condition.
Whether for Broadcast ENG remote field production, fixed studio installation, live sports coverage, video shoots or film, the AAdyntech JAB Daylight is a compact 5600K daylight-balanced LED fixture built for fast, repeatable lighting. Weighing in at only 19 lbs., its small compact footprint supports easier transport and rigging for on-the-go assignments. An unmatched output of better than 3,730 foot-candles at 10 ft. combined with a maximum current draw of a mere 1.77 amps at full brightness means savings up to 90% A/C energy usage.
Output and Daylight Color for Camera Work
The JAB Daylight delivers a consistent 5600K CCT for daylight scenes and mixed environments, with precise brightness control designed to maintain color with dimming (no color shift). Its single light source helps reduce the multiple-shadow look often seen with multi-emitter fixtures.
Power Efficiency and Cool Operation
Designed for demanding production schedules, the fixture operates cool to the touch with no heat generation, helping protect talent comfort and simplify placement in tight spaces. Auto-range power support (100/277 VAC, 50/60Hz) makes it suitable for a wide variety of studio and field power conditions while keeping draw to just 1.77 amps at full output.
Beam Control and On-Set Effects
To adapt quickly to different set sizes and throw distances, the JAB Daylight includes 5°, 15°, 30°, and 55° lenses to vary beam angle. A Douse button provides momentary off without changing settings, and built-in programmable lightning and strobe effects can be stored using multiple user memories for quick recall.
Workflow-Friendly Design and Monitoring
With no head cables, ballast, or spare lamps required, the JAB Daylight streamlines setup and reduces common points of failure on location. A recalibration countdown hour “smart” meter supports maintenance planning across long production days.
