ETC's Net3 One-Port DMX/RDM Touring Output Gateway provides reliable data distribution for networked lighting systems by bridging industry-standard streaming ACN (sACN) over Ethernet to DMX512 and RDM on a single port. Designed around ETC's Net3 network development, it helps you extend control data where you need it, without running long DMX lines, and supports bidirectional communication for setup and device feedback.

Networked DMX and RDM Distribution

Built for Net3 using ACN and sACN protocols, this gateway distributes up to 512 addresses over Ethernet to one DMX line, making it a practical choice for touring rigs, remote truss positions, FOH-to-stage runs, and any system where Ethernet infrastructure is already in place. It also supports Remote Device Management (RDM), allowing compatible devices to report status and accept configuration changes through the network.

Flexible Configuration and Power Options

The single DMX port is configurable for DMX input or output, so the gateway can be used either to place DMX on the network or to convert network data back to a DMX universe at the destination. Power is equally flexible, supporting PoE (802.3af) for simplified single-cable installations or a 9-28 VDC external power supply when PoE is not available. Configuration is handled through Net3 Concert configuration software.
