The Elation Protron Eclypse is a versatile, high-powered 1000W air-cooled, IPX4 outdoor-rated color blinder, strobe, and wash luminaire built for concert, broadcast, and event lighting where punchy output and fast effects matter. It uses (96) 10W CREE RGBW 4-in-1 LEDs for rich color mixing, a 31° beam / 63° field for wide coverage, and delivers 27,000+ total lumens for bold audience-facing looks and stage washes.
Color, Strobe, and Eye Candy Effects
Designed to move quickly between looks, the Protron Eclypse supports 8/16-bit RGB and RGBW smooth color mixing modes, plus selectable pixel mapping zones for segmented chases and animated effects across the face of the fixture. Strobe intensity, duration, rate, and FX control are all available, including a super high speed adjustable strobe (1-25fps) for crisp hits, bursts, and rhythmic accents.
Control and Networking for Modern Rigs
For flexible integration, the fixture supports DMX and RDM, along with Kling-NET and Art-NET protocol support for networked control workflows. Multiple DMX channel modes are available (24 total channels), making it easier to match the level of control to your console, media server, or pixel-based programming approach.
Outdoor-Ready Connections and Rigging Options
Built for reliable setup in demanding environments, it includes IP54 3/5pin DMX, RJ45 etherCON, and IP65 Seetronic power in/out connections. An adjustable/removable yoke bracket with 3-position holes helps accommodate a range of hanging and floor positions, while fixture-to-fixture interlocking alignment pins/locks support clean multi-unit matrix designs.

A 4-button touch control panel with OLED menu display provides straightforward local addressing and configuration. The multi-voltage universal auto switching power supply (100-240v) supports touring and installed applications.
