The Martin Atomic 3000 LED is a high-output strobe designed for concerts, touring rigs, theaters, and installation work that need the classic Atomic look with modern efficiency. Capitalizing on the original Atomic 3000 DMX’s 15 years of success, this new version features identical functionality and behaviour, with the added benefits of LED technology. It offers the same extreme brightness as its iconic predecessor, but with substantially lower peak power consumption.
Beyond traditional strobe hits, the Atomic 3000 LED doubles as a creative fixture. It incorporates backlight illumination with RGB-controlled Aura LEDs that point into the reflector, giving you color and glow effects that read clearly on camera and in haze.
Strobe Performance with Flexible Operating Modes
For easy integration into existing show files and venues, the fixture provides both LED and Xenon mode via the onboard menu and a dedicated DMX control channel. A dimmable house-light function at reduced brightness and power consumption helps cover practical looks between cues without overdriving the rig.
Control, Expansion, and Fixture Management
Set up is quick from the 4-button menu and LCD display, and the fixture supports RDM for remote addressing and status feedback on compatible controllers. Choose a 4-channel DMX mode that matches the Atomic 3000 for straightforward replacement, or use the 14-channel Extended DMX mode for Aura control plus internal FX macros. A USB port is included for software updates.
Rigging, Form Factor, and Practical Compatibility
The Atomic 3000 LED keeps the classic reflector look with the iconic letterbox shape and industrial design, and includes a clever rigging and bracket solution for reliable mounting. If you already use the original Atomic color scroller, integration is simplified through an internal power and data supply designed to make attachment easy.
