Description
These GLP JDC1 Strobe LED fixtures have been well maintained and are in good working condition.
The GLP JDC1 contains a traditional single tube element created with LEDs that produce an incredible clear, bright white output. This is combined with a surrounding full face of RGB power, utilizing a large array of complimentary LED sources. With independent control of the tube and plate elements, you can run them as separate looks or combine them for layered strobe, color, and eye-candy effects.
Along with working as a powerful strobe light, both the tube and the full face sections can be run continuously for high-output blinder and wash light effects, which never reduce output or have thermal cutouts. For shows that demand repeatability, the fixture also offers 185° of tilt with 16-bit motorized control, position feedback, and high-precision 3-phase stepping motor performance.
Pixel Effects and Control Options
To support modern pixel workflows, the RGB face can be divided into 12 separate pixel sections (6 pixels per plate section), and the bright white center tube can also be divided into 12 pixel sections. The full array can then be pixel mapped through any standard controller, giving you smooth chases, sweeps, and segmented hits that read clearly in-camera and on stage.
Show-Ready Operation
Control is handled via DMX-512 with pixel mapping control plus a macro channel offering Pulse and Random effects for fast programming. Setup and maintenance are simplified with a back-lit graphic LCD menu and battery-powered menu operation, and the fixture includes over-temperature protection for added peace of mind.
