These Elation eNode8 Pro units are in good working condition. The Elation eNode8 Pro is a 1U rack space 8-universe Ethernet-DMX node built to bridge lighting networks and DMX/RDM fixtures in touring, venue, and installed systems. It supports Art-Net and sACN for networked control, with RDM compatibility for fixture monitoring and configuration where supported.

Network-to-DMX (and DMX-to-Network) Flexibility

Designed for real-world workflows, the eNode8 Pro offers DMX bilateral conversion support, allowing you to route signals in either direction (Ethernet to DMX or DMX to Ethernet) depending on how your rig is built. Its 8 5-pin DMX ports can be configured as inputs or outputs, making it easy to adapt to different patching requirements across multiple universes.

Compatible Control Protocols

The eNode8 Pro supports DMX, RDM, Art-Net, and sACN, making it a practical choice for modern consoles and software-based controllers. sACN auto-detection helps streamline setup in mixed-network environments, while the unit also offers broadcast and backup modes for common show-control scenarios.

Connectivity, Switching, and Setup Tools

Two RJ45 etherCON auto-switching 10/100Mbps inputs provide reliable network connectivity and include a built-in Ethernet repeater switch. Additional features include variable MAC address assignable, auto MDI/MDIX, and an LCD control menu display with LED indicators and a push button configuration encoder wheel for fast on-site configuration.

Splitter Function and Rack-Ready Build

The integrated DMX splitter function supports configurations such as 1 input / 3 outputs (or split A/B variants), useful when you need to distribute a universe cleanly to multiple fixture runs. Housed in a lightweight die-cast aluminum chassis, the eNode8 Pro is 1U rack-mountable and includes standard 19-inch rack mount ears.
