Chauvet Professional COLORado Solo Bar 4 is a 16-cell, IP65-rated RGBwWL LED batten built for high-output, full-spectrum color and precise white light in touring, broadcast, film, and permanent install environments. It gives lighting designers the flexibility to create beautiful whites using RGBwW, or to take direct control of all five colors in the full RGBwWL array for richer mixes and more nuanced pixel looks.

Pixel-Mapped Looks, Cyc Coverage, and Long-Throw Output

COLORado Solo Bar 4 seamlessly combines homogenized squares for clean, end-to-end direct-view effects and pixel-mapped looks, while still delivering the output and throw to perform equally well as a cyc light, footlight, or traditional batten downlight. Color is designed to stay evenly blended from edge to edge of each cell, avoiding the distracting “circle in a square” appearance.

Rugged IP65 Design for Road and Outdoor Use

Its advanced IP65 design brings lighter weight and all-weather durability together in one fixture that is at home both on the road and in permanent installations. For additional beam control and presentation options, a selection of beam shaping filters is included to broaden the choice of projection effects.

Professional Control and Camera-Friendly Performance

Control is via DMX, ArtNet, or sACN, with additional support for RDM and CRMX. Linear CCT presets from 2800 K to 8000 K help you quickly dial in consistent whites, and +/- green adjustment plus emulated red-shift provide practical tools for matching cameras, other fixtures, and changing scene requirements. Selectable PWM options (1,000 Hz to 25,000 Hz) support flicker-sensitive applications, and ultra-smooth 18-bit dimming curves and speeds help the fixture fade cleanly on stage or on camera.

Rigging and Setup Details

With improved and simplified rigging options, virtually silent operation, and flawless performance live or on camera, COLORado Solo Bar 4 brings new versatility to touring, festivals, televised and theatrical productions. Easily adjustable sliding brackets on a standard T-rail help optimize placement around truss supports, guide pins support easy end-to-end alignment, and a slide-in slot accepts included and accessory filters plus an on-board stowable glare shield.
