The NEW Kino Flo FreeStyle Air LED DMX Kit is a lightweight, thin-profile LED panel designed for fast, flexible deployment on set while integrating seamlessly into existing FreeStyle workflows. Compatible with FreeStyle mounts, extension cables, and LED-140 & LED-150 Series controllers, the FreeStyle Air is a practical add-on for current FreeStyle owners who want a portable panel that travels easily and sets up quickly.

Built for real-world rigging, the FreeStyle Air includes a twist-on mount for light stands, corner bumpers for 4-point hangs, and eyelets that simplify overhead mounting and surface attachment. Its rigid construction helps prevent flex during handling and protects internal components when moving between locations.

Reliable Output and Kino Flo Color Science

Designed to maintain stable performance over time, the FreeStyle Air uses a proven passively cooled design to help keep color and luminosity consistent across the rated LED life. It delivers Kino Flo’s Color Science LED technology with high color fidelity, including TLCI >96, CRI >96, and TM-30-18 measurements of Rf=95 and Rg=103 for accurate skin tones and dependable color matching across fixtures.

Color Control for Mixed Lighting Environments

The fixture supports practical on-set color workflows with Kelvin presets and dial-in CCT control from 2500K to 9900K, plus green/magenta adjustment for balancing to other sources. For creative and precise matching, it also offers hue angle and saturation control, RGB control, CIE xy selection, Kino Flo presets and gels, FX control, camera profile LUTs, and color space options. Light levels stay consistent when switching Kelvin settings, with no color shift while dimming.

DMX-Ready Power and Control

FreeStyle Air supports full-range onboard dimming and DMX dimming, including a DMX wireless link (LumenRadio) and DMX Auto Terminate. Firmware is updatable from a PC via the Mini B USB data port. Power is flexible with universal input 100VAC to 240VAC or 24VDC, and it is designed for flicker-free, quiet operation. It draws 1.25A at 120VAC and 6.25A at 24VDC.

Serviceable Design for Long-Term Use

Ease of maintenance is built into a user serviceable design with a removable upper rail and quick access to pull-out LED platens for replacement or repair, helping keep the fixture working through demanding production schedules.
