These units are Chauvet DJ B-Stock and come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty.  All fixtures are cleaned and tested before leaving the building.

This 3-in-1 LED effect light combines an RGBAW rotating derby, a red/green laser, and a white strobe to create room-filling motion and beam effects for DJs, mobile entertainers, venues, and event production. Designed for quick setup and repeatable looks, Swarm 5 FX ILS supports automated and sound-activated programs for plug-and-play operation, while still offering deeper control when you need it.

Coordinated Shows with ILS

Swarm 5 FX ILS is compatible with the Integrated Lighting System (ILS), making it easy to build coordinated light shows across different fixture types in the ILS ecosystem. This is especially useful when you want matching colors and synchronized movement across multiple effects without complex programming.

Wireless and DMX Control Options

For flexible control in different rigs, Swarm 5 FX ILS features D-Fi USB compatibility for wireless Master/Slave or DMX control (requires a compatible D-Fi USB device). It also supports standard wired control via 9 DMX channels and 3-pin XLR connectors. Operation allows for separate color and program control, helping you fine-tune the look while keeping programming straightforward.

Effect Coverage and Output Details

The laser projects thousands of red and green laser beams with wide coverage (100°), while the derby effect provides broad room coverage (65°) for energetic, moving patterns. The strobe delivers up to 823 lux at 2 m, with a strobe rate adjustable from 0 to 20 Hz, plus a 17° beam angle and 35° field angle for a defined punch on dance floors and stages.

Power Linking and Electrical Specs

Save time running cables and extension cords by power linking multiple units (up to 15 units at 120 V or 26 units at 230 V). The fixture supports 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz (auto-ranging) and draws 62 W (0.5 A at 120 V, 60 Hz; 0.3 A at 230 V, 50 Hz), making it easy to integrate into a wide range of event and venue power setups.

Light Sources, Compliance, and Physical Specs

Light sources include five 3 W LEDs for the Swarm effect (red, green, blue, amber, white) and eight 1 W white LEDs for strobe, each rated at 50,000 hours life expectancy. The laser uses a 520 nm/30 mW (green) laser diode and a 650 nm/100 mW (red) laser diode. Approvals include CE, FDA, RoHS, and UKCA, and it is classified per EN/IEC 60825-, complies with FDA performance standards for laser products except for deviations pursuant to Laser Notice.
