NEW ADJ Jolt Panel FXIP

The ADJ Lighting Jolt Panel FXIP is an innovative multi-use strobe, wash, and eye candy fixture built for large stages, nightclubs, live events, and touring. It is equipped with 800 x 0.5-Watt RGB SMD LEDs for color strobe, wash, and pixel-style effects, plus 48 x 5-Watt cool white SMD LEDs in the center to deliver the classic strobe look. Both LED types are grouped into independent controllable zones (6 white and 40 color), allowing for detailed animated chase patterns and segmented looks that read clearly from long viewing distances.

Pixel Control, Strobe Impact, and Wide Coverage

With a 73° beam angle and 111° field angle, the Jolt Panel FXIP is designed to cover large areas evenly while still delivering bold, punchy strobe hits when you need them. The RGB LEDs (Red: 620-630nm, Green: 515-525nm, Blue: 460-470nm) support saturated color effects, while the cool white source (6900-7400K) adds the crisp, traditional strobe character that works in concerts, clubs, and broadcast-friendly environments. Users also get built-in creative tools, including 25 RGB program macros and 9 cool white program macros, plus strobe, shutter, and pulse control with a 1Hz to 20Hz strobe rate.

Built for Indoor or Temporary Outdoor Use (IP65)

Building off the success of the original Jolt Panel FX, the new Jolt Panel FXIP features upgrades that help Lighting Designers add a new level of creativity to their lightshows. The fixture is IP65-rated for temporary outdoor or indoor use, with IP65-rated locking connections for power in/out and 5-pin DMX in/out, supporting reliable operation in demanding event conditions.

Wireless DMX and Control Options

ADJ’s proprietary Aria X2 wireless DMX is built-in to each fixture (it is also compatible with ADJ’s WiFLY EXR wireless DMX), allowing data distribution to occur wirelessly and reducing cable runs on stages or temporary installs. Control protocols include DMX, Aria X2, and RDM, with 10 DMX channel modes (6, 9, 13, 18, 36, 41, 51, 81, 126, and 141) to match anything from simple strobe control to advanced multi-zone programming. Refresh rate is adjustable from 900Hz to 25kHz for smoother on-camera performance, and dimming is supported with 6 dim modes (Standard, Stage, TV, Architectural, Theatre, Stage 2) and 4 dim curves (Linear, Square Law, Inv Square Law, S Curve).

Filter Channel, Linking Hardware, and Onboard Setup

A front channel system lets you add light shaping filters to blur pixel dots and quickly change the look between shows or scenic designs. For clean, continuous arrays, the Jolt Panel FXIP includes an end cap locking mechanism and connecting plate for seamless fixture linking. Setup is handled from an OLED display with a 4-button touch menu, providing access to dimming modes and speed, programs, color macros, LED refresh rate, gamma settings, DMX addressing, and channel modes. The rear panel also includes holes for attaching an omega bracket (sold separately) as an alternative to the variable angle bracket.

Power and Physical Specs

The fixture runs on 100-240V (50Hz/60Hz, auto sensing) with a maximum power consumption of 214W at 120V (208W at 230V). Power daisy-chaining supports up to 6 fixtures at 120V or 12 fixtures at 230V. Dimensions are 6.06 in (153.8mm) long, 16.42 in (417mm) wide, and 10.38 in (263.5mm) high, with a weight of 13.67 lb (6.2kg).
