NEW Elation KL CYC S

The NEW Elation KL CYC S is a low-profile RGBMA LED cyclorama, set, and wall wash fixture built for smooth, even coverage with clean blends. It utilizes a carefully crafted asymmetrical reflector design to achieve consistent output across significant heights, making it well-suited for cyc backdrops, scenic elements, and architectural surfaces.

Smooth Coverage in a Low-Profile, Silent Design

Designed with an incredibly low profile housing, the KL CYC is also an ideal choice for footlight positions, providing excellent versatility for stage, film, television and event lighting use. A fanless heat-management design keeps operation silent, and flicker-free performance helps it integrate cleanly into TV and film workflows.

Faster Integration for Ramps, Rows, and Upgrades

Seamless magnetic alignment, simple mounting bracket attachment, and elegant power and data wire management help speed installation when deploying fixtures in a straight line on the floor, along a cyc, or in a foot ramp. Power and data passthrough support cleaner runs and reduced cable clutter in touring and permanent installs.

Color Control and Two-Segment Flexibility

The KL CYC S features Elation's proven RGBMA color system, allowing a perfect color match to many other fixtures in the KL and Fuze ranges. Calibrated color temperature control, greenshift adjustment, and the CMY and RGB emulation modes provide the designer with powerful control to recall any color in up to two separate segments, useful for split looks, gradients, or balancing multiple scenic areas with one fixture.

EdgeLight Safety Feature for Stage Awareness

The newly developed EdgeLight feature allows the user to designate a safety light in red or blue to turn on whenever desired, or if DMX signal is lost. This provides performers a clear guide to the edge of the stage in low-light conditions.

Control, Optics, and Physical Details

Built around a 90W RGBMA LED array and an ultra-efficient asymmetrical reflector design, the KL CYC S also features a replaceable lens and top and bottom barndoors to help frame output along the surface or reduce overshoot in footlight applications. Adjustable front feet allow for angle changes when floor mounted. For control and networking, it supports DMX, Art-net, and sACN.
