Description
The Kino Flo ParaBeam 410 DMX, Center Mount is a soft studio lighting fixture designed for controlled, high-output illumination on sets, stages, and broadcast environments. The ParaBeam 410 and 210 studio fixtures display about the same amount of soft light as a 2,000 Watt and 1,000 Watt tungsten light, respectively. But ParaBeams only use 1/4th as much power! Both studio lights take Kino Flo True Match high color rendering lamps (CRI 95).

The soft beam actually can be focused for a wide variety of set lighting looks, from lighting four people across a news desk to spotting down to a single subject. With its center-mount design, the fixture supports smooth rotation on horizontal and vertical axes, making it easier to aim precisely in a grid or studio rig without fighting the balance of the light.
Lighting Performance and Control
ParaBeam is built for efficient output with a low amperage draw and energy savings, while its low operating temperature helps reduce air-conditioning costs and keeps gels from burning out or fading. The ballast design improves heat management for stable color temperature, and provides DMX control for stable color temperature and light level control. DMX also includes an “Auto Terminate” feature to simplify setup in DMX signal chains.
Color Accuracy for Mixed Lighting Setups
The fixture is compatible with full spectrum (CRI 95) lamps available in 3200K and 5500K. Kino Flo True Match lamps are designed to work well alongside conventional quartz lights or HMI’s, helping you maintain consistent color rendering when mixing sources on the same set.
