At under 9 inches deep, the fixture fits into tighter spaces and can work close against walls, helping you place a soft source where deeper housings may not. At less than 16 pounds, it is easier to handle when pairing the lightbank with a stand, repositioning between takes, or working with smaller crews.

Cooler Operation and Practical Build Details

By utilizing ten high-temperature teflon spacers, the raised profile handle with wood grip stays cooler and helps to keep the lightbank cooler. For on-set comfort, this design can make adjustments and resets more manageable during longer shooting days.

Mounting, Pan, and Secure Tilt Control

Its steel mini triple combo pin fits junior and baby stands, and it pans from a third axis where the bail meets the pin for more precise aiming. A unique tilt/lock solution with a cylindrical roller bearing between two hardened thrust races and a steel friction washer eliminates the rouge tilting problem with other lights, helping the fixture stay locked where you set it.
