Description
Barco ImagePRO-II is an advanced, high-performance all-in-one video scaler, scan converter, switcher, and transcoder for live events, broadcast, and fixed AV installs, converting most input signal formats to most output formats. ImagePRO-II supports Analog, dual link DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort and 3G SDI signal formats, including 4K@30p via dual link DVI and DisplayPort, making it a practical choice for integrating mixed-resolution sources into a consistent output workflow.
Signal Conversion and Scalable Output
Designed for flexible routing and format management, ImagePRO-II provides 4K scaling along with HDCP and EDID management to help maintain compatibility between sources and displays. It supports resolution up to WQXGA (2560x1600) and 4K@30p, with frame rate up to 120 Hz for 1080p. One input source can be output across all connectors that support the selected output resolution.
Connectivity, Reference, and Loop-Through
Loop-through outputs are provided for the Analog, DVI and SDI input and gen-lock signals, simplifying integration with existing signal chains. The unit includes an analog reference input/loop on BNC connectors, supporting bi-level and blackburst at SD and tri-level at HD, or locked to any input signal. S3D Sync is provided via input Din connector and output Din connector.
Control, Setup, and Configuration
For operation in control rooms and on-site racks, ImagePRO-II supports ImagePRO-3G front panel control, web browser and tablet remote control, and compatibility with the Encore suite of controllers. LED setup and configuration is supported, and system configuration and restore can be handled via USB backup and restore. For workflows that require rapid switching and image handling, ImagePRO-II also supports extremely low latency converting modes and still store capture/import/export.
