With a 5" length and multiple mounting points, the Hive Lighting Bee 50-C Adjustable Fresnel Omni-Color LED is designed for compact, rig-ready lighting on cameras, drones, practicals, stages, and sets. Hive Lighting’s Adjustable Fresnel attachment fits on the front of the BEE 50-C and gives users control over the beam angle, from a full flood to tight spot, making it easy to shape output for everything from close-up accents to more focused highlights.

Color Control for Matching and Effects

Built around an Omni-Color LED engine, the 50-C provides 360° hue control along with 0 to 100% dimming and 0 to 100% saturation control. A wide 1,650K to 8,000K color temperature range helps you blend into practicals, match mixed lighting environments, or create intentional color looks without gels.

Output and Light Quality

With a 40W draw and a 200 to 500W incandescent equivalent output, the Bee 50-C balances efficiency with practical set brightness. High color fidelity (up to 98 CRI / 97 TLCI) supports accurate skin tones and reliable color reproduction for video and photo work.

Rigging, Power, and Control Options

Weighing just 1.5 lbs, the 50-C is well suited to lightweight rigs and tight mounting situations. It can run off a battery or universal wall power, with 100 to 240 V input via Universal Wall/Battery and 12 to 18 V input via XLR. Control options include manual operation, DMX, and smartphone control for integration into studio setups or mobile workflows.

Light Shaping and Accessory Compatibility

The Fresnel can be used with the included 5" barndoors, a separate HDP lens set, or any standard 5" speed ring (not included), giving you flexible options for shaping, softening, or modifying the beam. The 50-C is also compatible with hundreds of accessories, supporting expansion as your kit grows.
