The NEW Hive Lighting Bee 50-C Par Spot Omni-Color LED is Hive Lighting’s smallest and most portable omni-color LED, using just 40W to produce light output comparable to a 300W incandescent. Its compact 5 in length and multiple mounting points make it easy to rig to cameras, drones, practicals, stages, and sets when you need a lightweight fixture that can travel anywhere.

Selective, Long-Throw Control in a Compact Par

With a highly polished spot reflector and 4-way barndoors, the BEE 50-C Par is a great choice for selective lighting or long throw work. This focused setup helps you place highlights precisely, control spill, and shape the beam quickly on tight sets or in run-and-gun setups.

Full-Color Output and Accurate Rendering

Dial in the look directly at the light with 360° hue control, 0 to 100% saturation control, and 0 to 100% dimming control. The Bee 50-C also supports 1,650K to 8,000K color temperature, making it useful for matching practicals, warming skin tones, or balancing daylight. With up to 98 CRI / 97 TLCI, it is well-suited for video work where consistent color and clean skin tones matter.

Flexible Power and Control Options

For location and studio use, the 50-C can run off a battery or universal wall power, supporting 100 to 240V input via universal wall or battery, plus 12 to 18V input via XLR. Control options include manual control, DMX, and smartphone control, so it can work as a stand-alone fixture, integrate into a DMX lighting workflow, or be adjusted remotely when the light is rigged in hard-to-reach places.
