Chauvet Professional COLORado 2 Solo uses three 40 W RGBW engines to project a beautiful and fully homogenized beam through fast and smooth zooming optics. Designed for touring, rental, and production, it delivers a consistent LED wash for indoor stages, theatrical rigs, and outdoor festival applications where reliable output and quiet operation matter.
Zoom, Color Mixing, and Practical Control
The motorized zoom covers 7° to 42°, giving you tight beams for punchy accents and wider fields for coverage without changing fixtures. The output remains evenly mixed across the beam, helping reduce color separation on cyc, scenery, and performers. For camera and broadcast workflows, selectable PWM options (600 Hz to 25,000 Hz) support flicker management across common shutter speeds.
Built for Indoor and Outdoor Production
IP rated power and DMX connections support all-environment operation, and full convection cooling keeps performance reliable and silent for noise-sensitive settings such as theater and corporate events. The aluminum die-cast housing is finished in black for a clean, professional look on truss or floor positions.
Color Temperature Presets and Programming Flexibility
Color temperature presets from 3200 K to 10000 K make it easy to match tungsten looks, daylight balance, or mixed rigs. Selectable, smooth dimming curves (5 modes) help dial in fade behavior for different consoles and cues. The OLED display includes password protection for added security in shared production environments.
