The GLP impression X4 Bar 20 is a high-performance RGBW LED batten built for stages, events, and architectural-style washes where you need a continuous line of light, clean color mixing, and pixel-level effects. With 20 tightly packed high-output RGBW LEDs across its 40 inch (1000 mm) body, it delivers a smooth, homogenized output for everything from subtle graduated fades to distinct color breaks between LEDs.

Output, Color, and Optics

High quality optics help maintain even coverage across the entire batten through a broad pallet of pastel and saturated colors. The impression X4 Bar’s dimming is designed for smooth fades without visible color shift, which is especially useful for camera-facing work and slow cue transitions. A motorized zoom system provides a 7° to 50° beam distribution, letting you switch from tight, punchy looks to wide washes without changing fixtures.

Pixel Mapping and DMX Control

DMX control supports full pixel mapping, enabling dynamic chases, intensity waves, and multi-color patterns across the bar. This makes the X4 Bar 20 a strong fit for media-style effects, set pieces, scenic edges, and backlight looks where movement and color can be programmed per segment.

Motion and Precision

For angled washes and repeatable focus, the fixture includes 16-bit resolution motorized tilt with position feedback and a 210° tilt range (up to 210° in 1.5 seconds). High precision 3 phase stepping motor control helps maintain smooth movement and consistent positioning across cues.

Control, Effects, and Onboard Options

Alongside continuous 0–100% dimming, the X4 Bar 20 offers variable speed strobe (1–10 flashes per second), random strobe, and pulse effects. Internal color presets and variable CTO control from 2500K to 10000K help match tungsten-to-daylight environments and blend with other fixtures in a rig.

Tour-Ready Design and Thermal Management

A back-lit graphic LCD menu with battery operation simplifies setup and addressing when power is not readily available. Thermal management includes a very quiet, temperature-controlled ventilation system, a convection cooling option, and over-temperature protection to support reliable operation in demanding venues.
