NEW Arri SkyPanel S60-RP 3200K

The NEW Arri SkyPanel S60-RP 3200K is a mid-range, remote phosphor LED soft light designed for film, broadcast, and studio workflows that need a smooth, uniform beam field with strong output and accurate color. With a light aperture of 645 x 300 mm, the S60 size fits the vast majority of lighting applications, from key and fill to soft toplight, while staying compact enough for fast rigging and location work.

SkyPanel Size Options (S120, S60, S30)

SkyPanel is available in three sizes: the S120, S60 and S30. The S120 is twice as long as the S60, but weighs nearly the same. Its larger light aperture makes a great soft light even better. Retaining the same features and color tunability as its smaller counterparts, the S120 consumes less than 400 watts, yet it is slightly brighter than the S60-C and has an outstanding efficacy of 90 lumens per watt. The S60 is a mid- range model, featuring a light aperture of 645 x 300 mm and accommodating the vast majority of applications. The S30 is a smaller, more portable version; half the length of the S60, it is perfect for on-the-go mobile applications. The S60 and the S30 are available in fully color tunable and remote phosphor versions.

Output and Dimming Control

Unlike other tunable fixtures, SkyPanel makes no sacrifice when it comes to light output. SkyPanel puts out a tremendous amount of light, in a soft and uniform beam field. Brighter than a 1 kW tungsten soft light or a 3 kW tungsten space light, the SkyPanel S30 has more than enough light for most applications. At the same time, the lamphead is able to perform beautifully at lower light levels. This range of illumination and color gives users an unprecedented amount of control.

Remote Phosphor Flexibility and Color Quality

The S60-RP platform uses interchangeable remote phosphor panels for fast on-set changes in look and color temperature. Supported panels include 2700, 3200, 4300, 5600, 6500, 10,000 K, plus Chroma Green. This approach is built for repeatable results, high color fidelity, and a soft, natural wrap that is especially useful for interviews, product work, and controlled narrative lighting.

Power, Rigging, and Connectivity

Built for professional integration, the SkyPanel S60-RP combines a thin profile with low power draw (420 W nominal) and full dimming from 0 to 100%. It supports on-board battery connection (23 to 36V DC) for mobile setups and includes an external lightweight PSU. For control and networking, it provides onboard DMX in and out, RDM implementation, an EtherCon port for network connectivity, and a USB-A connection for firmware updates. Fan mode selection helps you balance output and noise for sound-sensitive environments.
