Description
The Chauvet Professional COLORado 1 Solo is a compact IP65-rated RGBW LED wash built for touring, rental, and production, indoors or out. It uses RGBW LEDs from a single color source to deliver a smooth, even, fully homogenized wash, and it quickly zooms from 8° to 55° to adapt from tight beams to wide stage coverage. Color temperature presets from 3,200K to 10,000K make it easy to match tungsten, daylight, and mixed rigs.
Zoomable output for changing throws and coverage
A fast, motorized zoom (8° to 55°) helps you dial in looks without swapping lenses. Use narrow settings for longer throws, texture, or accenting scenic elements, then open up for broad front wash or cyc coverage. Output is specified at 5,370 lux at 5 m (4°) and 97 lux at 5 m (40°), giving you a clear reference for real-world brightness across zoom settings.
Outdoor-ready connections and dependable control
Designed for all-environment operation, the fixture and connectors are IP rated for wet locations, including IP-rated power and DMX connections. An OLED display with password protection supports quick setup in rental workflows, while selectable, smooth dimming curves provide programming flexibility across different consoles and show styles.
Color, dimming, and flicker management for camera work
RGBW color mixing and built-in automated programs support standalone operation when you need quick looks. For video and broadcast environments, selectable PWM (600 Hz to 25,000 Hz) helps you choose a refresh rate that minimizes flicker with common camera shutter settings. Electronic dimming and shutter/strobe (0 to 25 Hz) cover everything from subtle fades to punchy effects.
