Color Kinetics ColorBlast 12 TR is a rugged, full-color LED fixture built to handle demanding stage, set, and touring environments. Designed for rental workflows, it installs quickly, aims securely, and delivers millions of saturated colors without gels or filters. A built-in power cable can be extended up to 60 ft (18 m) using a standard 4-pin XLR patch cable, helping keep setups clean on truss or floor positions.
Built for Touring and Rental Use
To stand up to repeated load-ins and load-outs, ColorBlast TR features an innovative elastomeric sleeve that helps protect the fixture and lens from rough handling. An industrial-grade constant torque hinge supports stable, 110° fixture tilting for quick aiming, and standard set screws let you lock the position without special tools.
Fast Beam Changes for Wash or Projection
A pivoting bezel and exchangeable lenses make it easy to adapt the output to the look you need. The included 23° soft-focus lens is well-suited for soft-edge wash lighting, while the 10° clear tempered glass lens supports a tighter, longer-throw beam for more focused projection.
Mounting, Monitoring, and Control Compatibility
The pre-assembled mounting base accommodates a range of mounting options, including floor placement and common stage truss clamp configurations. For reliability in tough venues, on-board temperature monitoring includes a compensation circuit to help prevent damage if temperatures rise to unsafe levels, plus an auto-cycling feature that restores normal operation after 30 minutes.
ColorBlast TR integrates with Philips controllers, including Light System Manager and iPlayer 3, as well as third-party controllers for flexible system design.
