High-output RGBW batten with smooth, homogenized color

The GLP impression X4 Bar uses high output RGBW LED’s that are packed tightly to give a full batten of light, with 20 LED’s used in the 40 inch long X4 Bar 20 and 10 LED’s used in the shorter 20 inch X4 Bar 10. High quality optics ensure a smooth, homogenized output across the batten through a broad pallet of pastel and saturated colors. This allows for subtle graduated fades, or for distinct color breaks between LED’s. This is complimented by GLP’s exceptional dimming which ensures that there is no color shift, just smooth even fades.

Zoom and tilt for fast, precise coverage

A motorized zoom system provides a 7° to 50° light distribution angle, supported by a high efficient collimator cluster for maximum light output. For positioning, the fixture offers 16-bit resolution motorized tilt with position feedback and high precision 3 phase stepping motor control, delivering 210° tilt in 1.5 seconds for quick refocus and repeatable looks.

Pixel mapping and effects over DMX

DMX control offers full pixel mapping capabilities, allowing a whole multitude of dynamic fades and chases through intensities and colors. The fixture supports the DMX-512 protocol, internal color presets, and variable CTO control from 2500K to 10000K for dialing in warm-to-cool whites alongside saturated RGBW color mixes. Creative tools include continuous dimming (0–100%), variable speed strobe (1–10 flashes per second), random strobe, and pulse effects.

Quiet operation and tour-ready control

Designed for professional environments where noise and uptime matter, the impression X4 Bar 20 features a very quiet, temperature controlled ventilation system with a convection cooling option, plus over-temperature protection. A back-lit graphic-LCD menu supports battery operation for addressing and setup even when the fixture is not powered, and a color calibration feature helps maintain consistent output across fixtures.
