The ETC ColorSource PAR Deep Blue is an LED color-mixing wash luminaire built for stage, studio, and event lighting where you need saturated color and consistent output in a durable, easy-to-deploy fixture. It uses an eight-color RGB-L chipset recipe (red, green, blue, a twist of lime, and an extra dash of red) to expand the ColorSource PAR’s color range and deliver rich, bright light with the straightforward operation ETC fixtures are known for.
Deep Blue replaces the blue LEDs with indigo for rich, saturated blues and magentas, making it a strong choice for concert looks, theatrical specials, and bold architectural-style washes where standard RGB can feel thin in deep hues.
Control and setup
For quick rigs and repeatable looks, the fixture’s seven-segment, three-button interface provides direct access to 12 customizable presets and five sequences. Power and DMX in/thru connections simplify daisy-chaining multiple units, whether you are running them from a lighting console or setting looks at the fixture.
Build quality and consistency
Designed for dependable use, the ColorSource PAR Deep Blue features a rugged, die-cast, all-metal housing and is ETL Listed to UL1573 (stage and studio lighting units). It is IP20-rated for indoor use. Optically calibrated output, homogenized optics, and droop compensation help maintain smooth beams and consistent color accuracy during operation. LED life is rated at 55,000 hours (70% intensity after 55,000 hours).
