The ADJ Focus Spot 5Z is a compact 200W cool white LED moving head spot designed for temporary live events and fixed installations in nightclubs, stages, or churches. Built around a brilliant LED engine with motorized focus and a motorized 11 to 22-degree zoom, it delivers tight aerial beams and crisp projections, then quickly adapts to wider looks when you need more coverage.
Optics and Effects for Versatile Looks
The Focus Spot 5Z is professionally fit with one GOBO wheel with 6 rotating/replaceable GOBOS (5 aluminum and 1 glass GOBO), plus two COLOR wheels, each with 8 vibrant colors plus white. For atmospheric beam enhancement and texture, it includes 2 rotating/indexable prisms (one 5-facet linear and one 6-facet circular) and two frost effects (heavy frost and light frost). The dual frost filters help soften edges and create wash-like output for broader stage looks.
Control, Connectivity, and Power Daisy-Chaining
Advanced control options include 16-bit fine pan and tilt for smoother movement, multiple DMX control modes, and 6 different dimming options for tailoring fade response to your show style. It also features various strobe speeds for rhythmic accents. For streamlined rigging, the Focus Spot 5Z provides locking power In and out connectors to daisy chain power, along with 5-pin DMX In/Out to pass signal fixture-to-fixture. A built-in USB firmware update port supports quick maintenance and updates.
