The MA Lighting grandMA3 Extension is a compact remote playback surface designed to extend hands-on control when networked to a grandMA3 full-size, light, or replay console. It is an ideal add-on for a follow spot caller, keylighting board operator, remote media server live calls, or any workflow where you want dedicated playbacks away from the main desk.
Remote Playback Control on a Small Footprint
Built for flexible placement, the grandMA3 Extension connects via Ethernet and includes an internal letterbox multi-touch screen for fast access to show information and playback interaction. With 60 separate, freely configurable playbacks, it can be tailored to match your programming style, show structure, or operator role without taking up the space of another full console.
Hands-On Controls for Live Operation
The control surface is optimized for live performance and repeatable operation, combining 15 backlit motorized 60 mm faders with 30 RGB backlit rotary encoders for quick parameter access and clear visual feedback. Two multipurpose level wheels and two multipurpose single encoders add fine control for adjustments during rehearsals and on cue, while individually backlit, dimmable silent (clickless) keys support quiet, confident operation in theatre and broadcast environments.
