Chauvet Professional F5IP is an IP65-rated 5.9 mm pixel pitch LED video panel equipped with a 1920 Hz refresh rate and up to 6,000 NITS, making it a strong fit for both indoor and outdoor video walls where brightness, reliability, and camera-friendly performance matter. Quick and easy setup is optimized by its advanced light-weight die-cast magnesium housing and magnetic assisted hanging features. This magnetic LED module also simplifies maintenance and installation since it’s both front and rear-serviceable.

Built for Indoor and Outdoor Video Walls

With an IP65-rated design, the F5IP is suited to environments where weather resistance is important, while maintaining the image performance expected for event production, touring, and installed LED displays. A calibrated illuminance of 5,000 NITS (maximum 6,000 NITS) helps the display stay visible in brighter ambient light, and the 12,000:1 contrast ratio supports deeper blacks and more defined content in mixed lighting.

Image Quality and On-Camera Performance

High quality black body LEDs accurately reproduce video at 14-bit grayscale, operating on the A5s receiver card from Novastar. High performance digital LED drivers deliver 1920 Hz refresh rate and a clear, vibrant image. Specialized LED dimming control via S-PWM (scrambled PWM) enhances on-camera performance, helping reduce visible flicker in broadcast and IMAG workflows.

Fast Rigging, Flexible Deployment

The specialized frame design supports overhead hanging, ground stacking, and wall mounting to fit common staging and installation requirements. Strong, magnetic assisted hanging speeds alignment and locking during build, helping a minimal crew set panels quickly. The 1,000 x 500 x 82.5 mm magnesium die-cast housing is designed to be light and slim without sacrificing strength, and is capable of hanging up to 23 panels vertically safely.

Serviceability and Protection for Real-World Handling

Intelligent, high speed magnetic LED modules with dedicated memory store factory calibration, supporting consistent color uniformity and simplifying service. Maintenance can be performed from the front or rear, including push-out access from the rear using handles or use of the included service tool from the front. Front LED surface protective design features help reduce handling damage, including 4x stainless steel standing feet to keep the LEDs from touching the floor, specialized LED board design to improve impact resistance up to 3x that of other panels, and a resilient LED mask design to optimize image viewing angle and uniformity without exposing the LEDs to front or side impacts. Optimized heat dissipation helps maintain even color across the F5IP.
