Chauvet Professional COLORdash Accent 3 delivers a tremendous punch of evenly mixed light in a tight 9 degree beam, expandable up to 14 degrees without sacrificing any quality of light. Powered by a 20 W quad-color RGBA LED, this palm-sized fixture excels at delivering saturated colors and brilliant pastels with a soft, even glow, making it a strong choice for architectural accents, set and scenic highlighting, and precise pinspot-style applications where controlled spill matters.

Optics and Output for Precise Accenting

The installed 7 degree optics produce a concentrated look, with a 9 degree beam angle and 16 degree field angle when used without a filter. When paired with an optional filter (not included), the beam expands to 14 degrees with a 27 degree field angle, helping you broaden coverage while maintaining a clean, even mix. Output is rated at 377 lumens without a filter and 393 lumens with a filter, with measured illuminance of 486 lux at 5 m (without filter) or 175 lux at 5 m (with filter).

Camera-Friendly Dimming and Strobe Control

Variable pulse width modulation helps the COLORdash Accent 3 perform reliably for video and broadcast work. Selectable PWM options include 600 Hz, 1,200 Hz, 2,000 Hz, 4,000 Hz, 6,000 Hz, and 25,000 Hz, and electronic dimming and shutter/strobe control provide smooth fades and effects, with a strobe rate adjustable from 0 to 25 Hz. For different fade characteristics, the fixture includes five dim modes plus built-in automated programs and standalone color mixing.

Control and Installation

An onboard OLED display makes it easy to control and address the fixture via DMX or in a stand-alone mode. For integration into professional lighting rigs, the COLORdash Accent 3 includes 5-pin XLR DMX input and output cable whips. Power is hard-wired with an Edison plug to hard-wired connection, and a 5 ft (1.5 m) power cable supports flexible placement.

Compact, Durable Form Factor

Built for discreet mounting, the fixture measures 5.94 x 4.92 x 3.13 in (151 x 125 x 80 mm) and weighs 2.0 lb (0.9 kg). It is finished in black for low-visibility installs and uses a long-life LED light source rated for 50,000 hours life expectancy.
