NEW Ayrton Huracan Profile 1,000W LED Profile is a high-output moving head profile luminaire designed for precise imaging, gobo projection, and color-critical looks in concerts, broadcast, and large-scale events. Fitted with a next-generation oversized cooling system and a high-efficiency 1000 W LED module, Huracán Profile produces record output of 51,000 lumens at a colour temperature of 7000 K when operating at a steady state.

Output, Color Control, and Camera-Ready Performance

For this exceptional luminaire, AYRTON has developed an entirely new complex subtractive CMY colour mixing system that can generate billions of colours (patent pending). A triple variable colour temperature corrector allows subtle adjustment from 2700 K to 15000 K and offers noticeable CRI improvement. With flicker-free source management, Huracán Profile is suitable for TV applications and video-recorded events where stable on-camera output matters.

High-Definition Optics for Clean Beams and Sharp Images

Designed to project complex graphical effects, HURACÁN Profile boasts specifically developed optics that deliver an extremely uniform flat beam with no hot spot and reproduce high-definition images. The proprietary optical system, equipped with a 178 mm frontal lens, uses 13 lenses and produces a 10:1 zoom ratio with a zoom range of 6° to 60°. Tempered anti-reflective coated lenses and a fast motorised linear zoom support smooth transitions from tight aerial beams to wide, even stage coverage.

Effects, Gobos, and Positioning Precision

For show-building flexibility, the fixture includes a fixed colour wheel with six complementary colours, plus an indexable rotating double layer cassette wheel with 2 effect cassettes and 5 high-precision glass gobos plus open position. An additional indexable rotating gobo wheel provides 7 high-precision glass gobos plus open position, with adjustable-speed rotation in both directions for dynamic motion and texture. Gobo diameter is 30 mm with a 25 mm image diameter and 1.1 mm thickness.

Extremely accurate positioning is supported by high-resolution stepper motors operated via microprocessors, with moving-head control available via 8- or 16-bit resolution. Pan and tilt automatic repositioning helps maintain consistent focus and framing, with a moving-head range of 540° pan and 262° tilt.
