Mega-Lite N-E Color Cannon

The Mega-Lite N-E Color Cannon is a compact RGB LED wash light built for stage, event, and architectural uplighting where reliable DMX control and smooth color mixing matter. With a 36-LED RGB array and a focused 30° beam angle, it is well suited for lighting columns, truss, cyc accents, and punchy color washes in small to mid-size venues.

Color Output and Beam Control

The fixture uses 36 LEDs (12 red, 12 green, 12 blue) rated at 3W each, delivering saturated color mixing with an LED lifetime of 60,000 to 100,000 hours. A 30° (+/- 5º) LED angle keeps output tight enough for defined uplight looks while still providing usable spread at typical throw distances.

DMX, Standalone, and Linked Power

For integration into lighting rigs, the N-E Color Cannon supports DMX 512 with 6 channels (R, G, B, Strobe, Macro, Dimmer), providing direct RGB control plus built-in effects and master dimming. It also offers Master/Slave operation for simple multi-fixture setups without a console. Standard 3-pin XLR DMX connectors make it easy to run in a typical DMX chain.

Power and Physical Specs

Designed for 110V 50/60 Hz operation, the unit draws 130W at 1.38A and uses a magnetic ballast. Neutrix Power Con in/out connections support cleaner cabling and power pass-through between fixtures when your setup allows. The housing measures 9.75”L x 8”W x 11”H and weighs 7.3 lbs, making it easy to mount, position, and transport for mobile productions.
