These Chauvet Ovation Ellipsoidal HR 50 Degree Lens Tubes are the first version for the Ovation series and is not the LED style. They show wear and tear, but they are in good working condition. Designed for Ovation ellipsoidal fixtures, the 50° beam angle provides a broader field, making it a solid choice for general stage washes, mid-throw front light, and area coverage where you want smoother, wider illumination.
Beam Angle and Use Cases
A 50° lens tube is commonly used when you need wider coverage with fewer fixtures, for example lighting larger acting areas, scenic elements, or choir risers. It is also helpful when tight focusing is less critical than even coverage.
Compatible Systems
This lens tube is intended for the Chauvet Ovation ellipsoidal system that accepts Ovation HR lens tubes, allowing you to swap beam angles without replacing the fixture body.
