Powered by an efficient white LED engine and built around a large front aperture with optimized long-throw optics, it delivers strong output at distance and stays usable as you dial into its famously narrow zoom, making it a practical choice for back-of-house beam looks, aerial effects, and tight, high-impact stage accents.

Output and long-throw optics for big rooms

At the core is a 750 W Ultra-Bright white LED engine producing 37,000 field lumens, paired with a massive 210 mm glass front lens and a patented Lens Defogger designed to help maintain clarity in changing show conditions. The result is a beam fixture built to project cleanly across arenas, theaters, and other long-throw applications where punch and definition matter.

Zoom, framing, and beam-shaping control

The SolaHyBeam 3000 features an extremely powerful 4.5° to 50° zoom for everything from tight aerial beam looks to broader coverage. For precise shaping, it includes a framing system for controlled beam geometry, a 16-blade iris for extremely tight beam effects, and a beautifully linear Trifusion frost system to soften edges and expand creative options without sacrificing consistency across cues.

Color, gobos, and aerial effects

For color and texture, the fixture provides CMY/CTO linear color mixing plus a six-position, plus open, replaceable color wheel. A seven-position, plus open, rotating gobo wheel adds motion and breakup, while three prisms on two planes enable layered and dual-prism aerial effects that read clearly in haze. A TM-30 filter boosts the Ultra-Bright engine color rendering for more natural, predictable results when mixing color and using gobos.

Movement, build, and installation notes

Movement ranges are 540° pan and 253° tilt for flexible rigging and programming in typical truss and FOH positions. The fixture is rated IP20 for indoor use. Physical specs are 33.7 x 19.4 x 14.5 in (856 x 494 x 368 mm) and weight is 50.8 kg (112 lbs), which is important for rigging planning and transport cases.
