NEW Chauvet DJ Intimidator Spot 110

The Chauvet DJ Intimidator Spot 110 is a lightweight LED moving head perfect for modest mobile applications, giving DJs, bands, and small venues a tight, focused beam and fast movement in a compact fixture. It features separate color and gobo wheels for creative programming but also easy-to-use sound-activated programs for dynamic light shows to sync to the music. Built-in automated programs are also on board the Intimidator Spot 110 and it’s easy to generate a synchronized show in Master/Slave mode.

Lighting Effects and Creative Control

The Intimidator Spot 110 pairs a 10 W cool-white LED with a 13° beam angle for a defined spot effect that reads clearly on dance floors and walls. Use the independent wheels to mix looks on the fly, with 7 colors plus white and 7 gobos plus open, both featuring continuous scroll at variable speeds. For punchy accents, the strobe runs from 0 to 23 Hz, and output is rated at 1,561 lux at 2 m for consistent visibility in small to mid-size rooms.

Movement, Programs, and Show Synchronization

With 540° pan and 270° tilt plus selectable range options (180°, 360°, 540° pan and 90°, 180°, 270° tilt), you can tailor movement to tight stages or wider coverage. When you need quick results, sound-activated and built-in automated programs help you run dynamic shows without complex setup, and Master/Slave mode makes it straightforward to synchronize multiple fixtures for a unified look.

DMX and System Integration

For controller-based setups, the Intimidator Spot 110 supports 6- or 12-channel DMX over 3-pin XLR, letting you choose simple control or deeper programming. It is also compatible with the optional IRC-6 controller (not included) for convenient access to key functions without a full DMX rig.

Power, Size, and Practical Deployment

Designed for travel-friendly rigs, the fixture weighs 5.0 lb (2.3 kg) and measures 7.5 x 5 x 11 in (190 x 127 x 279 mm), making it easy to mount in compact truss or carry in mobile cases. Auto-ranging power (100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz) supports flexible deployments, and power draw is rated at 41 W at 120 V. The Intimidator Spot 110 is CE approved and uses a long-life LED source with an estimated 50,000-hour life expectancy.
