The NEW Wasp 100-C 5" 4 Point Speed Ring is a heavy-duty, all-metal mounting ring made for Hive Lighting’s Wasp and Bee product lines, giving you a secure way to attach compatible softboxes and control light on set. Made from spun aluminum, it is designed to withstand the rigors of set work while maintaining a solid, consistent fit.

Built for Softbox Mounting and Shaping Control

Manufactured by Chimera, this 4 point speed ring supports a variety of softbox shapes such as “strip”, “square”, “pancake”, “deep”, and “shallow” designs, in small, medium, and large rectangular formats. The 4-point design helps keep the modifier seated properly, which is especially useful when swapping modifiers quickly during production.
