NEW Arri L5-C LED Fresnel Pole Operated, Black, 5'; Cable Bare Ends

The ARRI L5-C LED Fresnel is a compact, pole-operated studio and location light designed for tight rigging positions, low ceilings, and fast interview or small set setups. As the L5 addition to ARRI’s L-Series, it complements the L7 with a more mobile form factor while maintaining the familiar Fresnel beam quality and soft, controllable falloff that crews rely on in television studios and on set.

Compact L-Series Fresnel performance

Its compact size and low weight allow the L5 to be rigged in tight places and hung from low ceilings. The L5 is also ideal for cramped location shoots and interview setups. Low heat allows safer and more comfortable shooting conditions. This versatility and superb light quality make the L5 a highly anticipated addition to the award-winning L-Series family.

Output and efficiency for modern productions

The L5 is approximately 45% brighter than a 300 watt tungsten Fresnel, but only consumes 115 watts (nominal). When compared to the L7, the L5 is half the weight and size, making it easier to boom, grid, or reposition quickly without sacrificing a Fresnel lens look.

Full-color control, DMX/RDM, and on-board power options

Fully tuneable from 2,800 K to 10,000 K, the L5-C supports plus/minus green correction for matching other fixtures and cameras, along with vibrant color selection (RGB+W color gamut) with hue and saturation control. It is fully dimmable and designed for high color rendering, making it suitable for key, fill, or accent lighting where consistent color is critical.

For integration into professional lighting networks, it includes onboard DMX in/out and RDM implementation, plus a USB mini connection for firmware updates. New features available on the L5 include a powerCON TRUE1 power connector and an on-board battery input that permits industry-standard batteries to power the L5 without any sacrifice in terms of features or light output. The on-board battery connection supports 23 to 36V DC, and fan mode selection helps tailor operation to the needs of the set.
