Construction Details

The truss measures 12" x 12" x 4' and is constructed with main chords made from 2" OD x 1/8" (50.8 mm OD x 3.1 mm) aluminum for strength in primary load paths. Diagonals are 1" OD x 1/8" (25.4 mm OD x 3.1 mm) aluminum, supporting torsional stability and helping the section resist flex under typical rigging loads. It is fabricated by certified welders for consistent weld quality across the assembly.
