The NEW Philips Lamp MSR 700 SA is a 700W short arc lamp designed for high-intensity stage and entertainment lighting. The lamp’s short arc and compact design helps enable a compact luminaire that provides high beam intensity, while the excellent color rendition characteristics help ensure optimal colors on stage.

The highly innovative P3 technology, developed by Philips, allows MSR Short Arc lamps to be used at higher temperatures in any burning position. The result? Longer lifetime, fewer early failures and a highly consistent performance throughout the lamp’s lifetime.

Built around a compact short-arc system, the MSR 700 SA is a strong fit for fixtures where punchy output and tight optical control are priorities. Operational Flexibility and Technical Specifications

Engineered for reliable operation in demanding show environments, the MSR 700 SA supports any operating position, which can simplify fixture design and service planning. It uses a GY9.5 cap-base and is rated at 700W with a lamp current of 11A and a nominal voltage of 207V. Expected service life is 750 hours (to 50% failures). This lamp is not dimmable.
