The High End Systems Gig Hog Programming Wing brings professional Hog control hardware to a compact, travel-ready setup. Used with your HPU or Hog PC on your own machine, it provides an RGB-backlit keypad and 5 motorized faders for hands-on playback and programming, while also functioning as a USB-C dock to help streamline laptop-based workflows and reduce cable clutter.

Designed for Hog Programming and Playback

Gig Hog is built for programmers and technicians who want the feel of dedicated hardware without moving a full-size console. The slightly reduced keypad keeps essential functions within reach, and the motorized faders support consistent, repeatable control when switching pages or playbacks. Its portability and customizable operation make it easy to adapt across rehearsal rooms, clubs, touring racks, and broadcast or corporate environments.

USB-C Docking and Integrated Connectivity

In addition to control, Gig Hog extends your system connections through onboard docking, including USB 3.0 Type-A ports and a USB-C connection. The dock provides up to 100 W power via USB-C to your laptop, helping keep a single-cable workspace for programming sessions while adding wired network and USB expansion through the wing.

Output, Networking, and Synchronization I/O

For show control and integration, the wing includes two 5-pin XLR DMX outputs and a 3-pin XLR SMPTE input, plus two Neutrik EtherCON Ethernet connections for dependable networking in production environments. Power is supplied via a Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 input.

Compatible Systems and Output Capacity

Gig Hog unlocks 12 universes (6,144 addresses) when connected to Hog PC (an ETCnomad USB key is NOT necessary). When connected to HPU, the output capacity of the HPU is used (64 universes / 32,768 addresses).

Rack-Friendly Size for Portable Rigs

For touring and install workflows, Gig Hog can mount into a standard 19-inch rack using optional rack ears, helping it integrate cleanly into existing racks and flypacks.
