The NEW KITO KREWMATE Mini 1/4 Ton Hoist 1-Phase, 80' Lift is a compact mini electric chain hoist built for entertainment rigging where single phase power is the available option. Designed by KITO Entertainment Group (KEG), it pairs a rounded, truss-friendly body with modern electronic controls to support consistent lifting performance at venues, touring systems, and temporary show sites.

Built for Single-Phase Venues and Compact Truss Setups

With a body sized to fit inside 12 inch truss and a sleek rounded housing with no sharp edges, this hoist is well-suited for tight rigging layouts and cleaner pack-and-deploy workflows. The 80 foot lift supports longer chain drops commonly needed in theaters, clubs, and event spaces, while the 16 feet per minute lift speed helps keep timing practical during load-in and focusing.

Control, Protection, and Low-Maintenance Design

KREWMATE mini hoists use Solid State Relay (SSR) control with a microcontroller unit (MCU) for modern control architecture. Protection features include an electronic overload limiter and integrated up and down limits to help reduce over-travel and support safer operation in production environments.

For demanding entertainment use, the hoist includes a grease-packed gearbox intended to reduce routine service demands, with low-maintenance operation and no oil changes required.

Environmental Sealing and Chain Construction

The IP65 sealed body is completely sealed and suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, including harsh environments. A nickel-plated, grade 80 load chain is specified for durability in repeated show and rental cycles.
