NEW Chamsys QuickQ 10

The ChamSys QuickQ 10 is a 1-universe lighting control console designed for straightforward control of conventional dimmers and modern LED fixtures. It features a large 9.7 inch multi-touch screen with a smart phone like interface that makes setup, programming, and playback easy to navigate, especially for novice users.

The console can automatically detect, patch and configure RDM compliant fixtures using RDM autopatch, helping reduce setup time when working with compatible equipment. For remote operation, the QuickQ 10 includes in-built Wi-Fi and supports the free QuickQ app for iOS, Andoid and Windows tablets and phones, with simple connection by scanning the QR code on the console display.

Hands-on control is built in, with easy-to-understand buttons and faders, simple colour selection and intensity control tools, plus multi-touch gesture support for fixture control, including zooming and scrolling directly on the display. For playback, it provides a simple cue/chase system with 1 cue stack and 2 chase playbacks, suited to schools, houses of worship, small venues, and event setups that need dependable, repeatable looks without a steep learning curve.

Control and Playback Workflow

The QuickQ 10 includes 20 multi-function fixture faders that can be assigned in Fixture, Group, or Cue mode, making it easy to switch between building looks and running a show. Two dedicated encoders for Hue and Saturation help speed up color mixing on LED fixtures.

Connectivity and Integration

Alongside its single DMX output (1 universe, up to 512 fixtures), the console includes a network port with Art-Net and sACN support for flexible distribution in networked lighting systems. It also offers audio in and out, two USB ports, and an HDMI output for an external monitor.

Software and Visualization Support

QuickQ 10 supports the free QuickQ designer offline software for show prep away from the console, and it also supports connection to the free MagicVis Visualiser for pre-programming and visual checks.
